There was no pressure to apply, meeting with Timmy the first time left us feeling reassured we were going in the right direction, he is very knowledgeable and helped us create a plan for the future. The timeliness of the whole process was great as well the closing date was the closing date. I also appreciate that we worked directly with the lender so there was no third party that we waited to get an answer from.
